Documentation principles
- Keep one canonical page for each topic and link to it instead of copying instructions.
- Prefer clear, task-oriented titles such as Deploy a customer environment.
- Put credentials and secrets in the approved password manager, never in this repository.
- Assign an owner and review operational documentation regularly.
